THIS SERVICE INCLUDES:

  • Arrange advertising in the newspaper at a lower cost (to be paid by owner);
  • Preparation of the lease or month-to-month rental agreement;
  • Collection of an adequate security deposit;
  • Qualification of prospective tenants by checking credit, employment and/or income,
    previous landlords, previous addresses, evictions, and public records;
  • Collection of rents when due, and serving 3-day notices when rent is not paid on time;
  • Provision of detailed computerized monthly and year-end statements to owners;
  • Advertising on all major rental web pages and Ambassadorpm.com
  • Arranging for all necessary repairs when required, and keeping owners updated on cost;
  • Inspection of property to assure proper upkeep by tenants, and maintenance needs;
  • Payment of mortgage, utility bills, homeowners’ fees or other ongoing expenses;
  • Keeping rents in line with the current market.

FOR ONLY OBTAINING A TENANT the charge is 50% of the first full month’s rent forleasing.
