FOR FULL TIME MANAGEMENT
the charge is 8% per month, of the monthly rent
THIS SERVICE INCLUDES:
Arrange advertising in the newspaper at a lower cost (to be paid by owner);
Preparation of the lease or month-to-month rental agreement;
Collection of an adequate security deposit;
Qualification of prospective tenants by checking credit, employment and/or income, previous landlords, previous addresses, evictions, and public records;
Collection of rents when due, and serving 3-day notices when rent is not paid on time;
Provision of detailed computerized monthly and year-end statements to owners;
Advertising on all major rental web pages and Ambassadorpm.com
Arranging for all necessary repairs when required, and keeping owners updated on cost;
Inspection of property to assure proper upkeep by tenants, and maintenance needs;
Payment of mortgage, utility bills, homeowners’ fees or other ongoing expenses;
Keeping rents in line with the current market;
Move In and Move Out Reports with up to 400 photos.
FOR ONLY OBTAINING A TENANT
the charge is 50% of the first full month’s rent
THIS SERVICE INCLUDES:

Preparation of lease or month-to-month rental agreement;
Collection of adequate security deposit;
Qualification of prospective tenants by checking credit, employment, previous landlords;
